| The following Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made at www.artfriendonline.com ("Art Friend Online"). You are to read these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") before placing any orders. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these T&C. We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the T&C whenever you use Art Friend Online.

| REGISTRATION |

All customers have to register for an account at Art Friend Online in order to shop at our site. |

For individuals, registration is almost immediate as we send the activation details to your registered email account.

| • |
For non-individuals who wish to open a corporate account, we will take up to 5 days to approve/reject the application received. |
| • |
Art Friend Online reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at our own discretion.

| ORDERS |

All products sold by Art Friend Online are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or amend any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail or phone number provided by you at the time the order was made.

Art Friend Online reserves the right to cancel an order if there is suspected fraud.
|

| PRICE AND PAYMENTS |

The prices listed on Art Friend Online do not include Singapore Goods & Services Tax and may be changed at any time.

Art Friend Online is not bound by prices displayed on www.artfriendonline.com that has occurred due to technical problems with the web platform or the result of human-error. When such a case happens, we will notify affected customers to reconfirm their orders at the correct prices. Customers have the right to cancel or amend their order at this point with no penalty.

Payment for products ordered through Art Friend Online can be made by VISA card, MasterCard, American Express Card and China UnionPay Card.
|
| • |
We co-operate with authorized payment service providers (PSPs), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. We do not require you to store or enter your credit card details on Art Friend Online. You will be redirected to the PSPs’ secured site to input your credit card details for payment.

| DELIVERY |

Art Friend shall deliver products of acceptable quality to the customer assigned delivery address.
|

The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the delivery, failing which a re-delivery fee may be chargeable for each subsequent trip.

If the Customer has specifically instructed Art Friend Online to leave his/her delivery outside the door of the address provided, such delivery shall be at the Customer's sole risk and Art Friend Online shall not be liable for any missing Products thereafter.
|

Art Friend shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services.
|
| • |
For LOCAL (Singapore) delivery,

Art Friend Online will deliver within mainland Singapore and Sentosa island.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island and other Singapore islands.
|
| o |
All local delivery will be sent according to the date/time slot selected by customer.

Delivery time slots are subject to availability.
|

We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for all local deliveries.

For OVERSEAS delivery,

Based on your selected delivery address at checkout, you will get an instant shipping charge quote based on our appointed delivery provider, DHL Express.

You will have to pay any other customs, duties or taxes imposed by the country that you have requested delivery to. Such customs, duties or taxes are not included in our shipping charges.

Some of our products are classified as Dangerous (Hazardous) Goods (DG) which we cannot deliver overseas at the moment.

Some of our products are restricted for export to certain countries, and this will be indicated at the product details page if you have selected your country according to the country of delivery at the beginning before you start your purchase/select products.

Please inspect all items upon receipt of delivery. All issues must be reported within 1 week from date of receipt of delivery.

| RETURN OF PRODUCTS / REFUND |
If any Product delivered is

invoiced but not in the package,

wrongly delivered,

Art Friend Online shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product paid by the customer, or replace the Product. |

| PERSONAL DATA |

By submitting an order at Art Friend Online, you consent to us processing your personal data. Your purchase may involve the collection and processing by us, or by a sub-contractor of us, of your personal data.

We will use your personal data to manage your purchase (including with respect to payment, delivery and any returns and/or refunds), for Art Friend’s marketing purposes and to improve the services and design of the our Web Shop. We will not sell your personal data to unrelated parties.

| LIABILITY |

The liability of Art Friend Online whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Products or any other breach of Art Friend Online's obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Products.

Art Friend Online shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever nor shall Art Friend Online be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Customer's servants, agents, buyers or other persons whatsoever.

The Customer shall ensure that the Products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable for and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Products. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Art Friend Online assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and Art Friend Online shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Products shall be accepted by the Customer entirely at the Customer's risk.

There may be information on Art Friend Online that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Many of our products relate to colours, and as much as we have tried to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate or matching the exact shade of the final product that you receive.

| ACCEPTANCE |
| By using Art Friend Online, you signify your acceptance of this T&C. If you do not agree to this T&C, please do not use our website. Your continued use of Art Friend Online will be deemed your acceptance of our T&C.

| APPLICABLE LAW |
| These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
