Derwent Compressed Charcoal is a chunky block of pure charcoal. It's great for use with Derwent's other charcoal products or try it on its own for wide sweeping strokes using its side or the end for finer lines. If it's really fine detail you're after, try Derwent Charcoal pencils. For just a hint of colour there's Derwent Tinted Charcoal. What a great family!
